“Having owned a mobility scooter for some 6 months, I had been unable to use it because it was too heavy to lift in and out of my car. I knew nothing about WAVs and checked on the internet for secondhand dealers. I telephoned Mobility Nationwide and immediately felt fully relaxed and confident that I was in touch with a genuine firm. I was offered a very fair price for my part exchange and did not have to enter into the usual haggling that tends to come with exchanging a car. A deal was agreed and it was arranged that the car would be delivered the following Friday. Nick duly arrived at the appointed time and a very smooth handover took place.
