Disabled access vehicle having a quality inspection in our modern workshops. Each wheelchair accessible vehicle goes through more than 120 checks before sale.

At Mobility Nationwide, we are fortunate that we are able to draw on over 20 years Motor Industry experience to ensure that we provide you with a top quality vehicle.

Prior to delivery, every vehicle has a full inspection including more than 120 rigorous checks. These checks cover all areas of the vehicle including:

  • Mechanical
  • Safety
  • Bodywork
  • Glass
  • Interior Trim
  • Tyres
  • Wheelchair Conversion
  • Wheelchair Restraints
  • Full Road Test
  • and of course, a full and thorough valet

Every vehicle over 3 years old has a Ministry of Transport test and is supplied with a full 12 month MOT.

All vehicles are serviced prior to delivery if the vehicle needs servicing within the next 6 months or 2,000 miles.

It is our intention to provide you with a smart, clean, reliable vehicle that you will be proud to own. We also ensure that the vehicle quality is such that it will not need any work doing in the near future. Items such as worn tyres are replaced before the vehicle is released.

At Mobility Nationwide, we strive to stock a wide range of wheelchair accessible vehicles suitable for all needs and budgets. Generally speaking, the newer vehicles will be spot- on in every respect, however, we are sure that you will appreciate that there may be one or two small imperfections on the older vehicles that are not economical to repair. We are very proud of the quality of our vehicles, and believe that we supply some of the best vehicles in the industry.

Warranty

Many in the motor trade farm out their warranties to insurance backed companies. Hence they are able to boast of warranties that appear to cover the vehicle for long time periods. At Mobility Nationwide, we take the view that you are our customer, and hence our responsibility, and we will not wash our hands of you by passing you onto an insurance call centre, in the unlikely event of you having a problem with one of our vehicles. To this end, we offer a genuine 3 month warranty on all of our vehicles, and any necessary warranty repair work, and if we deem it necessary, provision of a replacement vehicle will be managed and paid for by Mobility Nationwide.

Although in the long run, this may not be the most economical way for us, we do this because we think that our customers deserve the very best after- sales service.
